    • This is a well-organized 48-hectare township, equipped with all modern amenities. It boasts a strategic location on Delhi Road, offering direct connectivity to the Bareilly and Lucknow bypasses.
    • 20 hectares of land have been acquired, with approval received for an additional 10 hectares.
